Stratford Parks Holiday Home Owners can only take part in the sublet scheme by part-exchanging their holiday home for a sublet scheme holiday home. Stratford Parks Holiday Home Owners cannot take part in the scheme with their current holiday home. Sublet scheme is only available on new sales after sublet launch date.
